With more than 30 years of human resources experience, including over 30 years in thenonprofit sector, Kelly brings expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performancemanagement, workplace investigations, and policy development. She is known fortranslating complex employment regulations into practical guidance that supportsaccountability, equity, and implementation of best practices.

Kelly holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM CertifiedProfessional (SHRM-CP) credentials and earned her degree in Human ResourceManagement and Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude honors. Shemaintains advanced credentials in workplace investigations and is actively engaged inthe nonprofit and HR community through leadership, training, and advisory roles.

Trina Willard

Trina Willard has a passion for cultivating a realistic approach to data that supports community change. As a social psychologist and program evaluator for over three decades, she has discovered that many nonprofit and government organizations don’t have the capacity or tools to capture data that could optimize their operations and outcomes. This need, blended with her passion to work with those who serve the community, motivated her to launch Knowledge Advisory Group in 2010. Trina focuses on the effectiveness of programs, policies and procedures, emphasizing the need to identify and measure realistic outcomes for continued growth. Her areas of expertise include program evaluation, outcomes measurement, quantitative and qualitative data collection, meeting facilitation, strategic decision-making, and building evaluation culture.

Trina previously served as Evaluation Chief at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and Vice President of Transformation Systems, Inc. She is a Licensed Consultant for the Nonprofit Standards for Excellence.

In addition, she has provided consulting services to numerous nonprofits throughout her career, helping them achieve short and long-term goals. She received her B.S. from James Madison University and her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mary Beth lives outside Richmond, Virginia with her husband Rob. They have two daughters and more importantly 4 grandchildren.
